Thank you for the reply. Yes, it is web version. App version is ok. Could you give more detail when you say "You cannot delete the screenshot because your Outlook interface is too large". I've been using web version for years with no problem, then this popup appears. I don't understand why the interface is too large. Is there a way to reduce interface size? For example by deleting old emails? Or some other way?

    Regards

    Thanks for your reply.

Please forgive me for not replying to you in time. I will continue to help you!

According to the screenshots you provided, you are using the web version of Outlook.

You cannot delete the screenshot because your Outlook interface is too large.

You can hold down the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel to shrink the interface to close the screenshot.

After closing, you can also use the same method to enlarge the interface.

    I hope it helps you!

    Best regards

    Hello

This is a screenshot of the problem that's suddenly starred after years of using Outlook. I cannot remove this so I can't access my emails on my laptop. I can on my mobile.

    Hi, Martins Houses

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I understand that when you access Outlook, the "Try the new Outlook for free" screen appears.

Don't worry! Microsoft provides users with a free Outlook application, namely Outlook (new).

Every user can use the new Outlook for free. Currently, the Outlook (new) application supports multiple accounts, including:

Microsoft accounts: such as Outlook.com and Hotmail.com accounts.

Work or school accounts: accounts assigned by the organization administrator.

Third-party accounts: such as Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, etc.

Other third-party accounts connected by IMAP.

    Are you using classic Outlook?

Can't you delete this popup? Is there any prompt in the system? Can you provide a screenshot so that I can understand your situation.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards
