As you mentioned, it seems that the synchronization completed normally.
So the issue "Base url for Office update file list service not configured or invalid" could just the warning instead of the error.
The Microsoft 365 and Office 365 services are being improving and adding new features continuously, which means the required ports, URLs, and IP addresses will changed over time.
This might be the cause of this issue.
One of the requirements for using CM to manage Office updates is that:
The hierarchy's top level WSUS server and the top level Configuration Manager site server must have access to the following URLs: .microsoft.com, .msocdn.com, .office.com, .office.net, .onmicrosoft.com, officecdn.microsoft.com, officecdn.microsoft.com.edgesuite.net.
