    Hi Rick McCown,

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I realize you received an email from outlook@ communication.microsoft.com and I will do my best to help you!

May I ask what the content of this email is?

Generally, emails will always come from account-security-noreply @ accountprotection.microsoft.com if they are about account security, or msa @ communication.microsoft.com will send you emails about Microsoft ToS changes that are not from outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com. And these legitimate emails are not from outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com or msn.com. If the sender is ******@communication.microsoft.com and the link is located at microsoft.com, the email is real and you don't need to do anything about it, in In this case, it just lets the user know that their service agreement has changed, and in most cases these changes do not affect the user.

So without being 100 per cent sure that it is a legitimate email, my advice is not to click on any links in the email, do not reply, and do not make payments to unfamiliar accounts to avoid receiving threats that could result in the loss of accounts or funds.

If this is just a phishing email, please don't hesitate to delete it or throw it in your spam folder. In addition, I think it is even more important to remind you that if you receive similar phishing emails frequently, then your account is likely to have signs of hacking. For the sake of your account's safety, you can't take it lightly and always be on the lookout for account security issues. If you accidentally click on an unusual link in an email it could lead to information leakage, which is exactly what hackers want to see!😡
