I tried to deinstall and reinstall the app, I tried to update to the latest iOS software and redownloaded the company management profile, nothing works, strangely, Teams works fine, only Outlook is having issue. Please help me, I raised the ticket with my company IT, they have done whatever they could but couldn't resolve

Hello Lenka Fujak, Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.According to error description, it seems like you're encountering the error code 51412 while signing in the Microsoft Outlook in your iPhone 12 mini,Since your device is enrolled in Intune, there might be some specific settings or policies affecting your Outlook login. To narrow down the issue, could you please let me know the following:

    • may I confirm if the outlook is managed by Intune? is there any app configuration policy configured to user a particular account in outlook for iOS targeted to the affected device.
    • could you also share with us a screenshot of the error shown in signing logs for the affected user
    • may I know if ActiveSync is enabled in Exchange admin portal, if it is disabled, kindly enable it.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve this:Check Your Credentials: Make sure you’re entering the correct email and password. Sometimes, a small typo can cause login issues.

    • Clear Cache: If you’re using Android, go to Settings > Apps > Outlook > Storage, and clear the cache. For iOS, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the app.
    • Two-Factor Authentication: If you have two-factor authentication enabled, make sure you’re completing that step correctly.
    • Reboot Your Device: A simple restart can sometimes resolve unexpected issues.
    • Kindly reset/refresh the client/app: Open our app > Settings > Select the email account > Reset Account. How do I clear the cache or locally reset/refresh the client/app? (microsoft.com)
    • Check Intune Compliance Policies: Ensure that your device is compliant with all the required policies set by your organization. You can check this in the Microsoft Intune admin center.
    • Contact IT Support: Reach out to your IT department or the person responsible for managing Intune in your organization. They might need to adjust some settings or policies to allow Outlook to work properly on your device.
