    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    I understand that you are unable to send emails and have received an error message.

    According to the error information "Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.QuotaExceededException: Microsoft Unified Storage is full," your storage space is full.

    If you are using New Outlook, you can go to Settings > Accounts > Storage to check your account's storage space.

    Insufficient Microsoft storage (i.e., OneDrive storage) and Email storage can both lead to issues with sending and receiving emails. Please ensure that both are in good condition. You can try clearing some unnecessary files or upgrading your storage space through a subscription.
