Uninstall Microsoft Remote Desktop Cliient for Mac

I want to uninstall Microsoft Remote Desktop on my Mac. I don't want any leftovers after uninstallation.How can I perform a clean uninstallation of Microsoft Remote Desktop client on my Mac?

P.S: Please, make the tags field as optional or give permission to create new tags.I am unable to find appropriate tags nor am I able to create new ones.Its really annoying.

    You can do clean uninstallation for Microsoft Remote Desktop Client from Mac just like you do clean uninstallation for any other app on Mac. There is no other special steps for it.

    In summary, you will need to terminate the app's all processes, uninstall the app and remove all related components.

    You can't find the application on the Launch Pad or in the applications under Finder, but it will show up if you search for it using spotlight search (cmd+spacebar) on Mac. Try deleting the installer file from your download, it is the only way to uninstall the remote desktop beta version(blue-colored icon).

    If you want to clear out the files completely from your Mac try following the steps in the link below, but these only work for the remote desktop stable version
