.bat file to open display settings in SCCM

Hi All- I'm trying to have a .bat file run with Software center so it will open a programs for a standard user that are not normally available to a standard user. For example our display settings are locked down. So, I just created a .bat file that would run the cmd line desk.cpl and open the display settings.Just wondering what maybe the best way to accomplish this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    IMO there are lots of security issues with this idea but have you tried it?
