You can try logging in by clearing your browser cache and turning on privacy mode. You can refer to this link for the login screen of Outlook web version.

- In the "We're here for you" box below, enter “Outlook”, click Get Help, and then click Sign to contact Support.
- In this section, you will need to register for a personal Microsoft account. Note: You can only register with a personal MSA, a corporate account will not display correctly. If you are unable to connect to this account, you can use another account or create a new account to run.
- Under "Products and Services", select "Microsoft 365 and Office", select "Outlook" as the category and click Confirm.
