Windows VS 2019 Archive Upload To App Store Randomly Fails

Could not create ipa file for distribution of the Archive {name}

Unable to connect to Mac Server with Address ={address} and user={user}. The build can't continue without a connection.

I get the above message randomly (sometimes it works and sometimes not, more often not)

I am actively connected to my Mac Mini during the entire process. (I can push to my ipad connected to the mac mini just fine)

I have tried: restarting both computers and ensure updates on both computers. I can archive/upload just fine on my Mac Mini using VS for Mac though.

Ideas?
