Certifications: Name in transcript when downloaded is different from name shown in the "shared" option with transcript ID and code access

Hello,
I completed 2 certifications recently and initially I had one name only in my profile (first name), my first and last name are very common in Spanish so I was not able to verify the transcripts anywhere, so I requested a change to include the 2 names , so I received a new transcript where I see the FULL name, but when I use the "share" option to generate a transcript ID and code access, the result shows the old name that only includes the first name. Is there a way to put in sync the names shown
