Unable to log in via RDP - Your credentials did not work

I am unable to access a remote PC using my previously saved credentials nor my correct Microsoft account credentials. The last time I was successfully able to log in to this remote PC was about a month ago. I am trying to log in via RDP.

The remote PC is not physically accessible because I am currently in another city.

I am getting this error:

Why I am I suddenly getting this error when previously everything just worked!? Can anyone suggest a solution that does not require me to get physical access to the remote PC? Thanks

    Thanks for your query.

    1.Did you check if you download a new .rdp file?
    2.Please create a new admin account and login on the machine with new created account to check the result. If the issue persists, please restart the machine with the original user account and collect the error message in Event viewer > Windows logs > Application/ System.
    3.Please try to edit the Default.RDP file in notepad to include enablecredsspsupport:i:0.
