Problem with Outlook

Good afternoon

I have a problem with Outlook, I and many of my coworkers often get an error.

"The Outlook application cannot log in.

Verify that the network connection is available and that the server and mailbox names are correct. The correct information about the Microsoft Exchange information service is missing from the user configuration. Correct the information about this service in the configuration."

    To better understand and investigate your issue, may I get some more detailed information from your side:

    · Will you please share me your Outlook version details? Please follow this article What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support and follow the steps to check.

    · Are you using Microsoft365 business account(@xxx.onmicrosoft.com/@yourdomain.com) or personal account (which is ended with outlook.com/hotmail.com/live.com/msn.com) or some other 3rd party POP/IMAP account?

    · May I know your organization environment (such as pure cloud, on-prem, hybrid)?

    1. May I know more details regarding your specific Office 365 subscription?

    Are you using Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, Enterprise, or Education? Alternatively, is it Microsoft 365 Family, Personal, Office 365 Home and Business, Office 365 Home and Student, or a Personal Outlook.com subscription?
