How do I merge two Microsoft Certification profiles?

I have two accounts and I want to merge them into a single account so I can able to see my all certification. my old account is jadhav.suryakant@harsh.com .com where I can see my old Certification. but yesterday i have complete AZ-400 for that I used a new account jadhav.suryakant@harsh.com .in. can you please move my all certificate to my new account?
