My email is *** Email address removed for privacy reason ***

the admin for the company added an alias email *** Email address removed for privacy reason ***

In her microsoft 365 it shows that the emails are linked and the alias is there

But I cannot access the alias account. I can't see it anywhere and am not getting emails for it.

It's not in my account. I removed and re-installed Microsoft 365 / outlook / etc and its still not there

    Dear Chelsey4,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

In order to understand your query and provide possible solution, May I please double confirm if you have checked the alias account through Outlook on the web? If not, kindly sign in to Outlook on the web using same credential and check if the alias is listed there. to check this, Go to Settings (the gear icon in the upper-right corner) -->Mail --> Compose and reply -->Under Addresses to send from send, check if the aliases are listed there and ticked to display from the drop-down list in the From field of your account.

If the alias account is not listed under the Address to send from section in outlook on the web, May I please double confirm if the "SendFromAliasEnabled" feature is enabled in your organization's settings? If you haven't check it yet, Open the Exchange admin center https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/ --> Go to Settings -- > Mail Flow -->check if the option to send from aliases is enabled.

However, if the alias is listed in outlook, May I please double confirm if the lais is displayed under your account From Fiels? If you haven't check it yet, make sure that the From field appears in the compose section of an email by default. If not, go to the Option tab -->Select View From, then click on the From field and check if the aliases appear there and allow you to choose whether or not to send emails from that account. If the account doesn't appear, try clicking "Other email address..." -->Type your alias "******@domain.com" and click "OK" -->Compose your email and try to send it.

If the issue still persists, May I please double confirm if the senders getting any error message or non-delivery report when they try to send email to your alias account? If yes, could you please provide us with the screenshot of the error message the senders are getting?

May I please also know if you are getting any error message when you try to send using your alias account using the From field option?

I look forward to your response. Kindly note that the above requested information is required for further analysis and troubleshooting of your situation. Your patience and cooperation are much appreciated.

Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,
