Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

I understand your situation and needs. I would like to ask if your email domain is a Microsoft domain email such as outlook, hotmail, live, msn? If yes, you can login to Outlook webpage to check if it is displayed properly. This will help us to determine if the problem is with the account or with Outlook Classic.
You can forward an email with disappearing text to yourself to see if the display works.
Can you give me a screenshot showing the problem you are experiencing. If I can visualize it more. Maybe I can reproduce the problem.
