Trying to enable make available offline option for sharing folder in network shared folder but that option is missing.
Then I go to Sync Centre, trying to click Manage Offline Files. Unfortunately the link seems not working.
Currently I used Windows 10 Home Single Language.

Since you have the Windows 10 Home, then you will not have access to the offline file managing just like the Windows 7 Home does not have access to this feature.

Does it mean all Windows with Home edition does not have the access ?
Yes ,if you want to use this function , we could upgrade windows 10 home to windows 10 pro.
