I have windows 10 home single language 2004 version but in the taskbar the news and interest weather widget is not showing.

You can check in the registry if the value IsFeedsAvailable at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Feeds
is present and set to 1
It is not setted but present should i set it to 1
I don't see it in your screen copy...
For example, on my OS, which is Windows 10 Education 1909, not sure if it works too for Windows 10 Home... :
(ShellFeedsTaskbarViewMode is used too, for the user choice)

In my case, activating the registry worked, but when I restart Windows or File Explorer, the registry returns to its value of 0, and News and Interests disappear. Any solution?

Hi,
If you don’t see the News and Interests option in your taskbar’s context menu, you’re likely running an older version of Windows 10 without this feature.
To get news and interests on your device, ensure you've installed the latest recommend updates for Windows 10. To manually check for updates, select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.
The fastest way to get the upgrade is through Media creation tool or ISO file.

i dont see the news and interests option either, im one windows 10 home but i still get the annoying news and interests pop up at the bottom right corner of my screen, its not often at all, it seems to be random. i restarted my computer just 30ish minutes ago, and when i went to watch a youtube video it was sitting at the corner of my screen, i thought it was the person who made the videos thing, til i realized it was on my screen. i dont have any options for any news and interests and when i go to the settings to search it, nothing comes up in the settings search bar. so how and why is it giving me these latest news things when i apparently dont even have the thing for it?? and if i do have it and its just hiding in some obscure corner how can i disable permanently this random and annoying pop up
