Hi, mikikop
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
I understand that you're experiencing an issue with your account being locked out and that this is causing you problems, and I understand how you feel.
To better understand your situation, I would like to ask you a few questions.
- Did you receive a notification from Microsoft that your outlook account was locked?
- Did you receive a verification code when you used your phone number to verify your identity?
- Do you have any other authentication method? For example: email address.
Based on your description, you were prompted to try something else but no options were provided. It may be related to your network or server. You can try changing your network and device, or changing your browser. Try signing in to your account again to see if other authentication options appear.
If you cannot sign in, this indicates that the account holder has violated the Microsoft Services Agreement, which typically blocks Microsoft accounts. You can unlock your Microsoft account by following the steps provided at this link: Account has been locked - Microsoft Support.
If you are unable to unlock your account, the best way to get help is to fill out the account recovery form: https://account.live.com/acsr
To increase your chances of successfully recovering your account, please read this link: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support
