    Hi, mikikop

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you're experiencing an issue with your account being locked out and that this is causing you problems, and I understand how you feel.

To better understand your situation, I would like to ask you a few questions.

    1. Did you receive a notification from Microsoft that your outlook account was locked?
    2. Did you receive a verification code when you used your phone number to verify your identity?
    3. Do you have any other authentication method? For example: email address.

Based on your description, you were prompted to try something else but no options were provided. It may be related to your network or server. You can try changing your network and device, or changing your browser. Try signing in to your account again to see if other authentication options appear.

If you cannot sign in, this indicates that the account holder has violated the Microsoft Services Agreement, which typically blocks Microsoft accounts. You can unlock your Microsoft account by following the steps provided at this link: Account has been locked - Microsoft Support.

If you are unable to unlock your account, the best way to get help is to fill out the account recovery form: https://account.live.com/acsr

To increase your chances of successfully recovering your account, please read this link: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support

If you have already tried to restore the form and still have not been successful, you can contact Microsoft Online Support. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Open the website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Enter your question in the search, and then click Sign in to Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
    3. Sign in to another available Microsoft account. Be sure to sign in with your personal account.
    4. Under Products and Services, select Other Products.
    5. Under Categories, select Manage Account Security, and then click Confirm.
    6. Click Chat with Support Agent in Web Browser.

Note: Please contact support during business hours.

If you have successfully recovered your account, consider the suggestions in the following document to improve the security of your account: How to help keep your Microsoft account safe and secure - Microsoft Support

You may consider enabling two-step verification for your account to improve account security, see: How to use two-step verification with your Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

Thank you for your patience and support. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us!

    Best regards

    Thank you for your response.

According to the screenshot you provided, your phone number verification is not available. You can change your phone number. You can use any phone number to request a security code.
