Those IPs and FQDNs are not required for Hybrid, but some are needed for access to the 365 portal or Sharepoint or for client access to EXo etc...
If you allow outbound traffic on 443/80 from from your network, then you wont have any issues. Those are really listed there for documentation sake or if you really lock down outbound connections.

You'll need to open up the firewall to those destinations.
Better to allow by the domain names rather than IPs since those change change.
