what are the use for these ports and is it required for Exo and hybrid configuration?
Those IPs and FQDNs are not required for Hybrid, but some are needed for access to the 365 portal or Sharepoint or for client access to EXo etc...
If you allow outbound traffic on 443/80 from from your network, then you wont have any issues. Those are really listed there for documentation sake or if you really lock down outbound connections.

you are true and this is what i have faced acctually when i tried to run the hybrid wizard , i stuck on some links blocked by my firewall like( login.onlinemicrosoft.com)
so how can avoid that and send the right firewall ports and destinations to my security admin in order to rerun the hybrid wizard and working with me with no issues.
another notice: can i use the ip address ranges only with out name or *.domain ( *.office.com , *onmicrosoft.com) when i allow them in my firewall?
You'll need to open up the firewall to those destinations.
Better to allow by the domain names rather than IPs since those change change.
