Our server is currently having issues getting mail through to hotmail outlook and live accounts with error s3150

BN2PEPF000044A9.mail.protection.outlook.com gave this error: Unfortunately, messages from [185.216.9.8] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150). You can also refer your provider to **http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors**. I have contacted the outlook support and been told our IP address is not blocked yet we continue to get the bounce back emails repeatedly

can anyone advise what to do or where to look next. I'm still trying to get some sense from the support email but thought someone might have some useful input here

unfortunately I've been through that link several times now and keep getting told that they see no reason my emails are being blocked

    this is their reply

Hello, Thank you for contacting the Outlook.com Deliverability Support Team.As stated previously, I do not see anything offhand that would be preventing your mail from reaching our customers for the following IP (185.216.9.8)For more detailed information about best sending practices to Outlook.com users, please review the following white paper: http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/3/3/e3397e7c-17a6-497d-9693-78f80be272fb/enhance\_deliver.pdf

trying to get through that the error is coming from their server seems to be impossible.

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

If this happens, you can try contacting the Global Enterprise Service Number. I'm not sure if this will solve the problem, but this is the last option I can offer. I hope this helps.

    Dear MannersUO

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

this error message makes it obvious that your email domain is just blocked by the Microsoft flag causing your emails not to be sent to the outlook mailbox.

In this case, you need to follow the link below and fill in the information to restore the reputation of your email domain. You need to wait for the review.
