    Thank you for reaching out to the community!     

    I understand that you are having trouble with your Hotmail Inbox cannot load.  

    Please be aware that since yesterday, Outlook.com encountered a sign-in issue that impacted numerous connection types, including Outlook Web Access, Outlook Mobile, and Outlook Desktop clients. This was a server-side issue, and Microsoft has since issued a remedy. 

    To confirm the status of the service, visit the official Microsoft Status page: Microsoft Service Status 

    What to do next:  

    1. Check the status link above to make sure Outlook is now fully operational.
    2. Try logging in again  
      1. Go to https://outlook.live.com first and try to log in with your Hotmail credentials.
      2. Make sure you enter the correct credentials that you have set.

    Confirm whether the situation persists.  

    If you are still unable to log in, please contact us: 

    1. What error message are you seeing?
    2. If the problem affects all browsers or devices

    This information will help us conduct further research and deliver a more specific solution.
