I cant log in, I have tried several days. Pls help!

    Hi, Four days ago I tried to log in to my Hotmail account with my password but when I did that it said that it was blocked. I have tried several times to open it but it doesn’t work. I have got a code to another mail that I have got and added this code then I have written my name, my birthday, some email address that I have send to, some favorite actor etc. When I have done that it said that they will contact me in 24 hours and say if it was ok or not to open my account. But all the times I have send it I always get an answer back that they cant open my account anyway. I don’t know what to do, I get everything important to this email so I have to fix it today! Pls help me!

Pls help! Can you describe the problem you encountered in detail in 50-100 words? For example, is it because I am unable to log in to Office or my Microsoft account?

    You can contact Microsoft online support, who like me are real people and not bots.  Contact - Microsoft Support  Note: You can only use a personal MSA to register, and the company account cannot display the correct content. If the account can't be connected, you can use another account or create a new account to run;Image Image

    Enter your details of the problem e.g. account recovery.

    Then tap Contact Support in the bottom left corner.

    Choose from the following categories: Other Products, Manage Account Security.
