Microsoft Azure certificate issue

Question

I've completed the Microsoft Azure AI knowledge assessment successfully with 80% marks. And there was a rule to update LinkedIn profile with Azure skills.i also did the same and submit my profile with all necessary information.But I didn't get the certificate yet.
