Driver for HCK test

Hello

I want make HCK test

What driver i must install on test machine?

Driver without sign?
Or driver signed with option: Perform test-signing for OS below Win10 (legacy)?

When i use this option web site say that driver is signed
But when i download driver, cat file is absent
And sys file do not have sign

What i do wrong
