Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
I am trying to add two email addresses to Outlook. It is currently "new" as it keeps changing from classic to new. I prefer classic as I do not like to work in browsers or use exchenage server. The emails are ******@karena.net and ******@karmanet.org. These are currently hosted on Hostpapa.com However, I may have to move them. Everything worked fine when I had full hosting, which I never used. When they billed me for $554 Cad for hosting which I never used they downgraded my account to basic email and I think this is the problem. The basic email appears to work by forwarding my email installed in its papamail.com on the site to my Outlook. So instead of putting in mail.karena.net I have to put in the hostpapa email as the incoming and outgoing. I do not think Outlook exchange server can use that, and it is sloppy even in outlook classic. I am guessing that this is some method to prevent me from setting up a site. So I think I just have to move to another host.
I am using MS365 personal, and am using Imap. There is no error message. It is simply stuck partly installed. I am going to find another host today.
Thank you for your reply. I was so frustrated yesterday I was screaming at my computer to avoid throwing my coffee cup at it.
