Working with MS Excel on a MacBook: Is It Efficient?

I recently got the licensed MS Office kit for my MacBook Pro M1, but this is the first time that I am using it on an Apple device. At work, I usually use a Windows PC, and therefore I am having trouble with some of the functionalities. First off, the clipboard is impossible to access when using the Excel app on the MacBook. The error statement "Cannot Paste Multiple Values" has really become frustrating tbh. Also, when I try to CTRL+F and find all, that function does not seem to work as well. The native Numbers App on the MacBook doesn't present these problems. But I really like using MS Excel, so I would love if somebody could troubleshoot this for me.

If there is no other option, I will have to rent Surface Pro and work with Excel on that device. I hope some kind of a software update will fix these issues with MS Excel on the MacBook Pro M1 version.
