Autofilling into folders

Question

Hello,

I am looking for a way to have a master folder with sub folder example Master Folder - Subfolder A - Document A.I will be populating this master folder.

From this master folder I would like all the documents to be autopopulated into other folders that fall else where, example Document A goes to another Subfolder B which is under a Master Folder B.

Is there a way to do this. It is so i can remove the time consuming task of taking the same document and putting it into seperate folders.
