Enabled MFA - user can't add account to outlook progam on windows
Moved an existing user to use MFA and the authenticator app. Works fine on her phone and outlook on the web. When I try to add her email to the outlook program on her pc, it keeps failing asking for her password. Does not even attempt to connect with authenticator app. I've even tried to manually add it using an office 365 subscription - same issue.
I've removed MFA from her acct and set it up again, no change.
