AZ-104 certification validity issue

Question

Hi,

I have PASSED AZ-104 exam today, but my certificate validity is only displayed as One year instead of Two years. How to get this corrected.

Certification earned after 1-July-2021 are valid for 1 year and need to renew after expiry
