Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

- Could you please confirm if you're using your Microsoft 365 Business/Education email account, personal Microsoft account such as Outlook.com, hotmail.com, or live.com, or another third-party/custom domain email account to send the email?
- Could you please confirm, if you are having the same issue in OWA (outlook web app) also?
- Will you please share me your Outlook version details? Please follow this article What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support and follow the steps to verify. Thank you.
- Could you please send me full details screenshot of that "undelivered" message via private message for further analysis?

Here are the steps to open private messages: To view private messaging options> click your profile picture at the top on the right > select the My Profile option. Click View private message. (I have sent a message to you to open the entry of your private message.)
