cant access work email

I'm unable to use my work email address, as I keep receiving an "undelivered" message with an attachment stating that a custom mail flow rule created by an admin at t****o.onmicrosoft.com has blocked your message. also saying that "your mailbox has been restricted automatically as personal email is not a requirement for your role."

I have tried to email back saying that this is incorrect but keep getting the same reply back "undeliverable."

this is very inconsiderate as this is my work email which is holding me back from completing my work.

any help on this will be really appreciated.

    • Could you please confirm if you're using your Microsoft 365 Business/Education email account, personal Microsoft account such as Outlook.com, hotmail.com, or live.com, or another third-party/custom domain email account to send the email?
    • Could you please confirm, if you are having the same issue in OWA (outlook web app) also?
    • Will you please share me your Outlook version details? Please follow this article What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support and follow the steps to verify. Thank you.
    • Could you please send me full details screenshot of that "undelivered" message via private message for further analysis?
