Hi,

I am planning to go for ADBA to serve activation requests for Office and windows coming from my member servers and clients.

Can server 2019 KMS host key (2019 KMS channel) be used to activate windows 10 clients also along with server versions
OR Do I need to add 2 separate KMS keys (one for windows server and other is for windows 10 client) in VAT to fulfill activation requests for windows 10 clients and windows server up to 2019 version

    @WinTechie
    Hi,
    Yes, server 2019 KMS host key can be used to activate windows 10 clients.
    You can clearly understand the activated objects through the following list:
    114010-image.png
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/get-started-19/activation-19

    There is no need to add separate KMS keys , one KMS Host key (CSVLKs) should be installed on the AD forest, and client keys (GVLKs) should be installed on the client products
    KMS client setup keys(GVLKs):
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/get-started/kmsclientkeys

    For more details about the process, you can refer to :

    Hope above information can help you.
