Hi I am reading the Microsoft Defender update for Windows operating system installation images
What is the update frequency of signature in this tool?
We need to make sure our VHD has signature less 7 days old, so I am wondering if I can run this tool weekly to meet the requirement.

This tool runs against the system image. It's said the update frequency for the package is monthly, but since Signature itself should be updated at least several times a day, I want to know if the signature will also be updated daily
