- Can you open OWA (Outlook Web App)? Please kindly use your account to test, thanks.
- What's your type of account?(business account within business subscription/outlook.com/live.com/hotmail.com/msn.com/imap account/pop account)
- Are you using outlook 365 desktop client or other version? Please kindly check here to share more details with me, thanks. For your reference What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support
