Try to perform a clean boot.

Run the command below to check system file.
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Also according to the event id, it seems that the issue may be related to your sql server (sql_bar.exe) when try to back up the data.
Try to check for update, if any security update or related component could be installed, installing them to check.
