Hello,

Does Microsoft Outlook offers an option:

  1. Create a new meeting request
  2. Set meeting lock time like 30 minutes before other meetings, so new meeting can start only if there are 30 minutes before existing or after existing or skip lock time
  3. Send meeting requests with all your free time to the user including 2nd step if it was set (so you have some break if you like)

Then the recipient sees all possible available times of the meeting organizer and accepts a time that is acceptable for the recipient? So like we share all available times.

If not, then how to request to implement such, I think a lot of people would like this :)

Best regards,

    Hi @Oscar ,

As I know, it seems that there is no such an option to meet your need in outlook client. For more information about the meeting functions supported in outlook, please refer to: Schedule a meeting with other people.

Considering your requirements for this function, I have already submitted your feedback in the outlook client. If possible, please submit feedback in the outlook client(File>Feedback) as I do. Hope Microsoft will pay attention to this issue in the future.
