I realize that you've encountered a problem with can’t log into Outlook and I understand how you feel.
I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue, it's definitely troubling, due to the recent fluctuations in Outlook services, lots of user have the same problems, but it's been fixed now, if you're still experiencing this issue at the moment then it could be due to something else, you can try logging in again, if you encounter any issues please share them with me and I'll do my best to assist you.
