I understand that you are currently using the latest version of New Outlook, but you are having problems sending emails.
I checked the local Outlook program and the Microsoft account under the same version is still working properly.
In order to help you better, I need to confirm some information with you
- What is your email domain name? Try to send emails on the web page to check whether the account is in an abnormal state and whether the web page can send normally, and further distinguish whether it is a problem with the account itself or a synchronization problem in the software.
- What specific problems did you encounter when sending emails? Do you have any detailed error information?
- Have you tried to check the account status in Settings-Account, or delete the account and reconfigure it?
- You mentioned the switch button. Do you mean from New Outlook back to Classic Outlook? If Classic Outlook is already installed in your software, you can click Help-Go to Classic Outlook. Or directly search for outlook.exe in the computer search bar to run the program.
