Anyone else had an issue with yesterdays Outlook update? I now cannot send emails. No longer have the New Outlook switch button so I can't revert back.

Microsoft Outlook Version: 1.2025.219.400 (Production)

Client Version: 20250221002.11

WebView2 Version: 133.0.3065.82 (Stable)

Have tried to reinstall and reconnect my email accounts but still the same issue, they remain in the outbox.

As I can send emails ok in the web version, annoying because I can only use the account windows is logged into not my other email accounts. I guess I will have to use that until a new update arrives.

    Hello SteveP555

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are currently using the latest version of New Outlook, but you are having problems sending emails.

I checked the local Outlook program and the Microsoft account under the same version is still working properly.

In order to help you better, I need to confirm some information with you

    1. What is your email domain name? Try to send emails on the web page to check whether the account is in an abnormal state and whether the web page can send normally, and further distinguish whether it is a problem with the account itself or a synchronization problem in the software.
    2. What specific problems did you encounter when sending emails? Do you have any detailed error information?
    3. Have you tried to check the account status in Settings-Account, or delete the account and reconfigure it?
    4. You mentioned the switch button. Do you mean from New Outlook back to Classic Outlook? If Classic Outlook is already installed in your software, you can click Help-Go to Classic Outlook. Or directly search for outlook.exe in the computer search bar to run the program.

Looking forward to your follow-up reply, thank you for your understanding and support.
