Dear mulelo lluvia,
Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting in the Microsoft Support Community.
I realise you can't handle your inbox. Please point out if I've misunderstood.
Can you use your email address suffix to go to the email provider's webpage to check if these emails have reached your inbox? (If you're using an email address from a Microsoft domain, click this link (Sign in to Outlook) to sign in to outlook.com and see if Outlook on the web can receive your email.)
If your email address is for a Microsoft domain. Do you still have enough storage space? You can follow the steps below to check if Outlook/OneDrive still has enough space to check the emails, when the storage is full, you can manually delete some unwanted emails or attachments to free up space to download new emails or expand the storage space by purchasing.
If your cloud storage and mailbox aren't full and you can't receive emails, look for the following common reasons:
- If you are unable to send or receive emails, please verify your account and check if your account is locked or blocked.Sign in to your account
- Check the "Other" tab and make sure there are no filters preventing you from seeing all of your posts.
- Check your spam and junk folder settings. If there are messages that you do not want to mark as spam, right-click each email message and select Mark as not spam.
- Make sure your inbox defaults to [Default] instead of [Strict].
- Make sure that the messages in the message list appear in the correct order. You can restore the list of messages in chronological order by clicking the filter icon. Filter > type > date.
If you are still facing the issues, I recommend you to seek Outlook support online. You need to click **[Help]-[Help]**on the taskbar above the web version of Outlook, a help interface will appear with a search box on the right side of the web page, if you see an almost empty interface with a backlink in the middle, click [Help] again. If you see a nearly empty interface with a backlink in the middle, click [ Help] again. You need to type [What good I can’t get my inbox] in the search box and then click Search, after the search is complete, a [ **Need help yet?]**Click [Yes] to be redirected to the Outlook online support page, click [Chat with Microsoft Support on the web]. Here you can find Outlook Online support employees.
Thank you for your patience and support.
Best Regards
