Changes not reflected in Metaverse

We have request to change site name and city for the existing Site code. I have done changes from MIM portal and monitored the trace. I could see the changes which I did from MIM portal is not reflected in Meta verse ( in synchronization service).

Am new to this environment, So I don't idea how can make changes to replicate in AD.

Please some one help . its urgent

    Verify that you have an attribute flow in the portal MA to move this attribute from portal to MV.
    Check your flow precedence in 'Metaverse Designer' to see if the portal MA is allowed to overwrite the values in MV.
    You can also open one of the users CS object in the portal MA and do a 'preview'. It will state why a change is not made.
