How to log into the authenticator app without having access to my phone.

I currently lost my phone and cannot access the authenticator app because it WAS ON MY PHONE. When I get home and accept my losses, I decide to do some school work that is due the following morning. When I attempt to log in, it states that I need to use my authenticator app to sign in, or use my password. I click "Use password". After typing in my password, it is STILL asking me to confirm with my authenticator app to sign in. Can we make it so i can sign in by only my current device when I cant use the app?
