Microsoft Word document serious problem

Question

Hi,

I have a problem with opening a Microsoft Word document. The problem is that when I click on the file, The file correctly open but file is empty and when I open that document from own MS Word app file content showing correctly! Please help me.

1. What version of your MS word and your operating system are?
2. Have you made any changes to your computer before?

Of course, you can try the following methods which may help you:

1. Check to see if this file can be opened on another computer and will display properly.
2. Make sure text hasn't been formatted as hidden or in white color.
3. Uninstall the MS Word on your computer and reinstall it to check if it woks.
