Outlook issue

Hello,

I am unable to access my Outlook account due to a persistent “Too Many Requests” error. This occurs on all platforms (web, iOS Mail app, Outlook app).

I have verified my account, added backup contact information, and waited as suggested.

However, it has been over 24 hours and I still cannot access my mailbox.

I am a legitimate user and have not made any excessive or malicious login attempts.

I urgently need access to my mailbox for ongoing communication.

Please remove this block from my account or escalate the issue to someone who can resolve it.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Thanks for reaching out. I realize that you've encountered a problem with the persistent “Too Many Requests” error preventing access to your Outlook account across all platforms (web, iOS Mail app, Outlook app). I understand your urgency as a legitimate user needing access for ongoing communication and are committed to resolving this quickly. We appreciate your effort on issue. If you are still experiencing this issue, this is something you can do while waiting:

    1. Monitor live status: Microsoft Service Health Dashboard
    2. Avoid repeated login attempts – this won’t speed up restoration.
    3. Wait and Retry in a Private Browser:
    • Wait an additional 1-2 hours to ensure the “Too Many Requests” limit clears, then try logging in at https://outlook.live.com using a private/incognito browser window.
    1. Contact Microsoft Support:   Contact - Microsoft Support
    • Click on the link and in the search you could put in account issues
    • Scroll down and you should see the option contact support or sign in to contact support
    • You can sign in with any email
    • For product select Microsoft 365 and office and category select manage profile information
    • You should see the option Chat with a support agent in your web browse

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.

    Best regards,
