Windows 2008R2 to Windows 2019 upgrade access issue

I have a 2008 R2 server with a IIS role that gets information from a SQL 2014 server (separate device), that SQL server goes to a Linux server to get information. It generates logs and publishes them via the IIS role.

I upgraded the server to 2012 R2 followed to 2019 server OS, the name, ip, etc did not change.

When testing occurred on the 2019 server I got the error stated below:

0x8007003A: The specified server can't perform the requested operation

It could not reach the Linux server, I tested the file mapping manually from a windows 10 work station and I could access it without issue. The windows 10 machines have the same settings as the server.

The Linux server: 4.3.11-Ubuntu and is configured to use SMB2 protocol

After the upgrade why am I getting this error? How can I fix it?

    Computer configuration > administrative templates > network > Lanman Workstation: "Enable insecure guest logons" = Enabled
