I have 2 Azure SQL databases that are listed as Status: Inaccessible. I can't export, restore, or access them. They have been like this for 2 days.
When trying to access them via SSMS I receive the following error:
Can not connect to the database in its current state. (.Net SqlClient Data Provider)
Server Name: [server_name].database.windows.net
Error Number: 40925
Severity: 20
State: 1
Is there a way to "reboot" the service or at least get the latest copy of the database?

- When database is in recovering state
- SQL DB does not have the required permissions on the Key vault
I will check this internally with our Product Group and get back to you.

2021-07-14T19:11:04.857+00:00 The Azure Support Center won't allow me to submit a ticket. I get to this page and it says it didn't find anything wrong and won't allow me to go to the Details tab. I have pasted the stack trace and everything. Is there another ticketing system I can use?
