    I have a similar issue and getting the 5sr96 error code in both MS Outlook and MS Teams mobile versions.

    I copied the error from Outlook below.

    I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but no joy. I've tried all of the general solutions put forward in previous forums for both applications.
