email wants me to authenticate, however the authentication address was misspelled. instead of typing .ca(Canadian for .com) at the end I hit ac. so all authentication emails cannot be received. Ive waited 30 days and setup an alternative secondary email for authentication but anytime I try to log in the only email it allows for authentication to be sent to is the old email that was spelled incorrectly so I can't access my email

Hi, I am Jeronimo, Thanks for reaching out! I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing your email. To regain access to a Microsoft account without being able to verify with your registered contact methods, you'll need to fill out the account recovery form. You can submit this form twice a day until you regain access to your account:

    1. Visit the next link to get help on how to fill the Microsoft account recovery form successfully:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/h...

    1. Provide as much information as possible, such as:
    • Any previous passwords you can remember.
    • Answers to security questions (if applicable).
    • Information about when the account was created (including help with approximate dates).
    • Folder or contact names from your Outlook or Hotmail account.
    1. Submit the form and wait for Microsoft's response, which usually comes within 24 hours.

Using a device and internet connection that you have previously used to access your account can increase your chances of recovering your account.
