Windows 10 Licensing Question - General

Recently I used TechSoup to obtain a Windows 10 upgrade license which was called "Windows Operating System Upgrade" and was $20. After reading and rereading the info offered on the various products the "Windows Operating System Upgrade" appeared to be the one capable of doing an in-place upgrade. Needless to say, I'd rather do a full install, but in this one circumstance I am unable use a full install, per user insistence.

The trouble I'm having is that once Microsoft fulfilled the order and I went to VLM to obtain it, I am not seeing any type of "Windows Operating System Upgrade" or anything that remotely comes close to saying upgrade at all. I verified the TechSoup order number with the order number in VLM and they are identical.

My question, are the Win10 products listed under the order number on VLM (and there are quite a few) capable of doing an in-place upgrade from Win7 to Win10 Pro as I need it to?
