I have a problem with my sysprep i have this error
Do you have a idea to solve my problem ?

May I know your Windows version?
Is there WMF 5.0 installed? If yes, please try to remove it and sysprep again. According to my research, it seems a known issue in WMF 5.0.

I was getting this same issue however for my resolve on a Windows 10 build 1909 I had to change this Registry entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\SysprepStatus\ GeneralizationState:7
Generalization was set to 3
I have been unable to find anymore information on that key and the settings behind why that would for me if anyone has any insight please let me know. I
