Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I understand that you need assistance with your Outlook and based on the error code that you have provided, one of the possible reasons this has occurred is due to a corrupted Outlook user profile. I would suggest creating a New Outlook profile and then adding your email address again and try sending emails again.
To create a New Outlook profile:
- Open Control Panel:
- Press Windows + Rto open the Run dialog box.
- Type Control Panel and press Enter.
- Access Mail Settings:
- In the Control Panel, set the view to Large icons or Small icons (if it's currently set to Category view).
- Click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook).
- Show Profiles:
- In the Mail Setup window, click Show Profiles.
- Add a New Profile:
- Click Add to create a new profile.
- Enter a name for the new profile and click OK.
- Set Up Email Account:
- Follow the prompts to add your email account to the new profile. Enter your email address, password, and other required details.
- Set Default Profile (Optional):
- If you want the new profile to be the default, select it under Always use this profile in the Mail Setup window.
- Finish:
- Click OK to save your changes.
- Relaunch Outlookand try again
