    Hello Barbara Engleder,

    Good morning,

Welcome to Microsoft Community, we are here to help

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I understand that you need assistance with your Outlook and based on the error code that you have provided, one of the possible reasons this has occurred is due to a corrupted Outlook user profile. I would suggest creating a New Outlook profile and then adding your email address again and try sending emails again.

To create a New Outlook profile:

    1. Open Control Panel:
      • Press Windows + Rto open the Run dialog box.
      • Type Control Panel and press Enter.
    2. Access Mail Settings:
      • In the Control Panel, set the view to Large icons or Small icons (if it's currently set to Category view).
      • Click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook).
    3. Show Profiles:
      • In the Mail Setup window, click Show Profiles.
    4. Add a New Profile:
      • Click Add to create a new profile.
      • Enter a name for the new profile and click OK.
    5. Set Up Email Account:
      • Follow the prompts to add your email account to the new profile. Enter your email address, password, and other required details.
    6. Set Default Profile (Optional):
      • If you want the new profile to be the default, select it under Always use this profile in the Mail Setup window.
    7. Finish:
      • Click OK to save your changes.
    8. Relaunch Outlookand try again

    Hope this helps!

    Best Regards,

    JK
