Deployment of Windows 10 to boot to OOBE

Hello, I have been researching a deployment plan of systems with Windows 10 pro with the out-of-box experience for customers. I am having difficulty setting this up. Read many documents particularly from Microsoft but they appear to be vague. Is there a simple step by step instructions to create an OOBE configuration for Windows 10?

    As said in the link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/boot-windows-to-audit-mode-or-oobe#boot-to-oobe-automatically-on-a-new-installation, “to configure Windows to boot to OOBE, add the Microsoft-Windows-Deployment | Reseal | Mode = oobe answer file setting.”

    To create and configure answer file, please refer to: Answer files (unattend.xml)

    Also, we can use Unattend settings to prevent some or all of the user interface (UI) pages from appearing in Windows OOBE referring to:
